2019 will see the release of Pet Shop Boys concert film of “Inner Sanctum” filmed at the Royal Opera House in London. The critically-acclaimed production was created specifically for the stage at The Royal Opera House by long-time PSB collaborators choreographer/director Lynne Page and designer Es Devlin. An edited TV version of “Inner Sanctum” will receive its first ever broadcast just after the arrival of New Year’s Day in Germany. The program will be part of 3Sat ZDF’s “Pop Around The Clock” day of live concert broadcasts. “Inner Sanctum” was filmed by director David Barnard at the Royal Opera House in London during PSB’s summer residency there.
