David Byrne, Sofia Coppola and Dave Eggers are among those who designed limited-edition T-shirts honoring Alice Waters’ Chez Panisse Foundation’s 40th anniversary.The organic T’s, like Maria Kalman’s “I Like Pie and That’s No Lie,” were made in collaboration with Levi’s. Proceeds from sales of the shirts will go to the Edible Schoolyard Project, a national organization dedicated to teaching school-kids about garden and kitchen education.
