Steven Klein “Luxury”

Photographer Steven Klein is known for his hyperreal and sexually charged images that have captivated viewers for over 30 years. Now his work can be viewed in Phaidon’s new luxury format, limited edition book. The book is housed in a slipcase fashioned after an antique Bible in Klein’s own collection. It features shaped wooden case boards wrapped in stamped faux leather with a rounded spine, raised bands, fitted brass edges with matching engraved name plate and a brass clasp to close and secure the book.

One of the fashion industry’s most cunning provocateurs, photographer Steven Klein has created many of the most iconic images of our time. Klein’s photographs blur the line between fiction and reality, resulting in stunning tableaux that only exist within his fantastical worlds. Although his images include some of the most photographed people in the world, they disappear into the narrative of Klein’s imagination.

The 450 page limited editions (only 50 were produced) are signed and numbered by the artist.
