Starck X Dior

For the Salone del Mobile 2022, Dior Maison is joining forces with Philippe Starck for the first time and has invited him to reinterpret an iconic symbol: the Medallion chair. 

Starck’s new interpretation is a chair called “Miss Dior,” a tribute to a certain kind of femininity, imbedded with bold elegance. The refined structure of the famous seat seeks the absolute purity of its silhouette, emphasized even more by the lightness of aluminum which values the nobility and durability, as well as its precious simplicity. A quest for perfection fueled by the aspiration to create an eternal chair and an emblem of longevity.
